What’s on?

We love our community: YOU are at the 💙of everything we do.

Children

  • Jelly Tots is a free group for parents/carers and children aged from a few days old, all the way up to preschool.

Tuesdays during term time from 9:30 to 11:30 am.

  • We have close links with our local primary school where we lead Collective Worship on alternate weeks. In partnership with TLG, a team of coaches work on a 1:1 basis every week with some children who’ve been selected by the school. A member of our SLT serves as a Foundation Governor there.

Youth

  • ‘Warehouse Wednesdays’ is a drop in Youth Club and indoor Skate Club.

It runs from 5:45 to 7:15pm on Wednesdays in term time.

We run this in partnership with Burton Youth for Christ .

  • There’s no better way to start the weekend than by going to this youth club for those aged 11 to 17 years.

    God, games and goodies.

  • This house group is a safe place for the youth to delve deeper into their faith.

    Together growing in faith.

    Together building one another up.

    Together supporting the community.

    Friday nights (by invitation only).

  • In partnership with Burton Youth for Christ, our Youth & Community Worker goes to the College on a Wednesday lunch time. We have a question of the week for students to ponder and are there to offer a listening ear.

Adults

  • A free course which is available through Christians Against Poverty (CAP). You won’t need to disclose any personal information, but you will learn how to save, budget and spend.

  • This usually takes place on the first Thursday of the month and runs from 10 am to 12 noon. No prior experience needed!

  • Free informal English Lessons for people who are learning it as a second language.

Wednesdays 10 am to 12 noon during term time.

Integrated creche available for children who aren’t old enough to attend school.

  • An affordable and nutritional meal is available on the first Friday of the month for those aged 60+. Please book ahead.

  • From 9 am to 12 noon on the fourth Saturday of every month, we’ll be holding a repair cafe. Come along to learn how to get items fixed. Our knowledgeable volunteers can help with most items such as home appliances (except phones and computers), clothes and everything in between!
